Founder & CEO

Neil Parmar doesn’t just build sales teams; he builds leaders. With a career spanning nearly 20 years and 16 different campaigns across six provinces, Neil has become a master of the Canadian sales landscape. But for Neil, the numbers have always been secondary to the people behind them.

Starting in 2007 in B2C telecom, Neil quickly moved from the front lines to the expansion front, spearheading growth in Moncton, St. John’s and Montreal. His versatility is his strength, having successfully navigated everything from the fast-paced retail floor to high-level B2B and solar energy sectors.
