SPECIALIST

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding entry-level candidates for our customer acquisition and leadership development programs. This role works closely with management to ensure we consistently bring in motivated, high-quality talent aligned with our culture and values.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates using online job boards, social platforms, and referrals
     

  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings
     

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
     

  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
     

  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
     

  • Support onboarding and early-stage retention
     

  • Represent KaitoConnect Inc. professionally to all applicants

Training Provided

  • Full recruiter onboarding and systems training
     

  • Coaching on interviewing, talent evaluation, and leadership development
     

  • Opportunity to grow into senior recruiting or management roles

Who You are

No formal recruiting experience is required. Ideal candidates are:

  • You’re an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with others and following a clear process.

  • You communicate confidently over phone and video, stay on top of details, and take ownership of your work.

​

  • You’re comfortable working toward measurable goals and understand the importance of consistent follow-up.

  • You don’t need prior recruiting experience, but you do need strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn. 

  • You’re coachable, motivated by results, and interested in growing into leadership or management over time.
     

  • You perform best in a full-time role with structure, training, clear expectations, and you take pride in representing a company well throughout the hiring process.
