SPECIALIST
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding entry-level candidates for our customer acquisition and leadership development programs. This role works closely with management to ensure we consistently bring in motivated, high-quality talent aligned with our culture and values.

What You’ll Do

Source candidates using online job boards, social platforms, and referrals

Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress

Support onboarding and early-stage retention

Represent KaitoConnect Inc. professionally to all applicants
Training Provided

Full recruiter onboarding and systems training

Coaching on interviewing, talent evaluation, and leadership development

No formal recruiting experience is required. Ideal candidates are:
