SPECIALIST

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding entry-level candidates for our customer acquisition and leadership development programs. This role works closely with management to ensure we consistently bring in motivated, high-quality talent aligned with our culture and values.

What You’ll Do

Source candidates using online job boards, social platforms, and referrals
Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Support onboarding and early-stage retention
Represent KaitoConnect Inc. professionally to all applicants

Training Provided

Full recruiter onboarding and systems training
Coaching on interviewing, talent evaluation, and leadership development
Opportunity to grow into senior recruiting or management roles

No formal recruiting experience is required. Ideal candidates are:

You’re an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with others and following a clear process.

You communicate confidently over phone and video, stay on top of details, and take ownership of your work.

You’re comfortable working toward measurable goals and understand the importance of consistent follow-up.

You don’t need prior recruiting experience, but you do need strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

You’re coachable, motivated by results, and interested in growing into leadership or management over time.
You perform best in a full-time role with structure, training, clear expectations, and you take pride in representing a company well throughout the hiring process.
